This is to ensure compliance with all applicable trade sanctions and export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DoC), Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Parts §736 and §744 trade sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as well as any other laws and regulations, as applicable.
